A first lash appointment can feel like a small unknown. It shouldn't. Here is what your time at Bound by Beauty actually looks like.

We start with a conversation

Before anything begins, Lisa talks with you about the look you want, your daily routine and anything you would like her to know. This is the part that shapes everything else.

Then you get to rest

Lash application is quiet, still and unhurried. Your eyes stay closed, the boutique stays calm, and for a little while there is nothing you need to do for anyone else. Many clients fall asleep.

How to prepare

• Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup where possible
• Bring a reference photo if you have a look in mind
• Plan for the appointment to be unhurried and restful
• Ask any question you have — nothing is too small
